Apparently you never heard of the EEOC and the millions of complaints that have been filed with it over employment discrimination. If you feel you are the victim of discrimination, you can file a complaint. Also did you ever hear of lawyers working on a contingency fee basis? The plaintiff puts up no money — their lawyer takes a cut of the settlement or award. Google “employment discrimination lawyer” and you will find dozens of ads and hundreds of law firms ready to take employment discrimination cases. When coupled with Affirmative Action programs, what we have is a system where the only systemic racism operating is that which favors Blacks in admissions, hiring, and promotions. The merits of Affirmative Action could be debated, but its existence and impact you cannot deny. There are a relatively few individuals who have committed discriminatory acts in violation of our Civil Rights Laws, but the system has helped Blacks. You have utterly failed to make your case. America put systemic racism in the past long ago. America is a unique case study of progress toward equal opportunity and equal treatment under law.
