I think your advice is dangerous and irresponsible. Using violence to resist arrest is a good way to get yourself killed and killed in a way that most juries will declare justified.

Never resist arrest. The right way to go about it: Get arrested, get a lawyer, make bail, win your criminal case, and file a false arrest complaint or civil suit. Of course if you are arrested and then convicted of a felony, you will not be able to prove the arrest was unlawful.

By the way I thought you made a good argument that other classes of heinous murders also merit the death penalty.
