Do you realize you showed there is no bias, at least none that is statistically significant? When you say comparably qualified Blacks earn $0.98 of Whites, the conclusion is that race is not a factor to within a margin of error of two cents. I’ll be citing your study to show systemic racism in employment is not supported by data.
