The Democrats have issued lots of subpoenas. That may be very popular with partisans but it isn’t exciting too many moderates or working class people. So, by all means, make impeachment the be-all and end-all of the Democrat Party. A party too stupid to stop digging deserves to be buried in a hole of its own making.
