I do not have the legal expertise to argue how the courts would rule on Lewandowski’s assertion of executive privilege. That is why I previously wrote,

Who knows how the courts will rule on this?

The point of my argument was that he cannot be held in contempt for asserting a privilege until after Congress obtains a court ruling against his use of the privelege and he subsequently tries to assert such privilege in defiance of the ruling. My basic argument is against what I see as vastly overblown claims that he was in contempt of Congress.
