I'm just saying there are lots of cases and lots of possibilities of appeal. There's also a big difference between proving fraud and proving votes were illegally cast after deadlines had passed.
Also I think we can say the current system, as modified and contorted for this election, is way too open to fraud. It is not transparent and not manifestly fair. One example that I have yet to hear a refutation of is that millions of ballots and ballot requests were mailed out to dead people. Can you prove none of the dead voted? Probably not. On the other hand, we could do a through investigation and find out how many did vote. The key point is that there is nothing in the current process that prevents the dead for voting.
