Also, very few, if any, people are gullible enough to fall for obvious fake news. You disagree because that’s how the Nigerian Prince became a billionaire?

Hillary lost because she had bad pollsters who told her there was no need to go to Wisconsin, because she put half the country in a basket of deplorables, and because she was not a good campaigner. If some insidious Facebook campaign was hurting her, why didn’t her social media experts and pollsters see it at the time?

I agree the larger danger is in overreacting to an inflated threat.
