None of what you quoted comes close to being criminal. You have a quote of Trump telling Raffensberger he is criminally liable if he doesn’t take action to stop what Trump believes is election fraud. People threaten to sue each other every day — that is not a crime. People threaten to call the cops on one another- that is not a crime either. You want to prosecute Trump for violating a statute, but you can’t even name it. His defense is pretty iron-clad: he honestly believes there was voter fraud in Georgia and so asking for the Georgia Secretary of State to find fraudulent votes is not a wrongful request. If he had asked him to burn 35,000 legitimate ballots so he could win, you would have a case. But Trump did not ask for that and so you don’t have a case.
By the way, I totally agree with you that the impeachment of Bill Clinton was wrong.
