Now you have not-so-subtley changed your assertion from “no evidence” of fraud to the assertion there is no evidence fraud has any tangible impact. But again the evidence easily refutes what you are saying. The 2018 house election in North Carolina was overturned due to fraud and a new election had to be held.
Also you don’t really get how fraudsters think and operate. You don’t cheat if you don’t have to. You also don’t cheat by a lot when a little will do the trick. If I am down 100 votes out of 100,000, then I stuff the ballot box with 250 votes for me and I win by 150. True there are less than 0.3% fraud ulent votes cast, but they are ones that tipped the scales. Mayor Daley of Chicago used to hold back the Cook County returns and if it was close he would round up enough dead people to vote to take the statewide election.
Finally those who get caught are the amateurs. You can’t get statistics on those who successfully committed voter fraud.
