Of course everyone agrees with you our schools should have adequate ventilation systems. But you are wrong to say it will become particularly “difficult for most schools” to have them. It won’t be that hard at all. HVAC is usually between 10-15% of new school construction costs. A 20% increase of HVAC capacity would therefore translate into at most a 3 % increase. Your unsupported speculation that schools can’t afford this is ridiculous. It highlights how overblown your whole hair-on-fire panic over anthropogenic CO2 truly is.
