Please provide an example or two of systemic racism. I really have no idea what you are talking about. There is a system of racial preferences called Affirmative Action which gives Blacks advantages in admissions, hiring, promotions, and contracts. But the Jim Crow system of segregation against Blacks was made illegal over 50 years ago. People who feel they have been discriminated against have legal recourse. Individuals may suffer unjust or illegal treatment, but there is no organized set of procedures to deny people rights on the basis of their race. There are no multi-factor models showing race is a necessary variable with statistical significance. If you have a cite to one, please provide it. Absent such a model, it is fair to say no evidence exists for the elusive phenomenon of systemic racism.
