Unless you have evidence Trump directly ordered the actions that led to his death, then it has no bearing on the impeachment trial, even if that trial was Constitutional. My point is that the fire extinguisher murder is at this point an unproven assertion unsupported by any concrete facts. It would not be admissible in any court of law.

Curiously, there is no explicit mention of Ashli Babbitt being shot to death by a Capitol police officer. We have video on that and she appears to be unarmed and not threatening harm to anyone. She could have been arrested later for breaking and entering, but she was shot. Execution is not the punishment for her crime. I think there should be an investigation into that use of deadly force. The truth is the illegal tresspassers shot no weapons, but did damage property and did cause some injuries. One or two were trampled. One was shot by Capitol police. Others died in Washington DC who were not even in the building. A Capitol police officer died the next day for reasons unknown. To say the protestors caused 7 deaths is quite misleading.
