What crimes did Trump commit? You’ve made it clear you think he is guilty of something, but what? You mention the investigation of his taxes, but that is more likely resolved by the IRS in negotiations after audits of his returns are completed. Given the business he is in, the money trails from transactions, and fact his filings are done by tax professionals, it is hard to see how he could commit tax fraud.
You get diverted from your own subject in paragraph two when you start to make a case against George Bush. If you had more on Trump you should have brought it up right there. But even your allegations against George Bush are policy disputes that do not amount to crimes. I strongly disagreed with the invasion of Iraq and so did Donald Trump, but President Bush did get a Congressional authorization for it. He even got a UN Security Council resolution. The invasion was not illegal and definitely not criminal. In contrast ,President Obama attacked Libya and invaded Syria without a Congressional authorization or UN resolution. Under your logic, is Obama thus a criminal? I think Obama acted illegally in the sense that he violated the Constitution, but he did not violate criminal law.
Trump’s America First foreign policy has led him to make peace overtures to North Korea, negotiate with the Taliban, and draw down US troops in Syria, Afghanistan, and several other countries. Biden and establishment politicians of both parties are planning to increase overseas military interventions. Your own position on this may be a lot closer to Trump’s than to Biden’s.
In any event, except for a speculation about tax fraud, you haven’t come up with a single criminal statute that you think Trump might have violated. In comparison, Biden’s involvement with his family’s shady influence peddling does need investigation. He could well be guilty of violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the Foreign Agents Registration Act. We need a Special Prosecutor to investigate Biden.
