Wow, shortages you say? I raced to the grocery store and I’ve got to tell you: it’s chock full of all kinds of food. It’s a literal horn of plenty. Maybe you should get out of the house and check out reality before making such silly statements.

One thing about the capitalist system: it is superb at eliminating shortages. It does this by delivering to market goods that people will buy. The free market works. In contrast, it is socialism which is infamous for shortages.
